Depending upon the size of your wall here are some general sizing guidelines that you can follow to pick the right size:

1. Your Lakdu wall art should cover upto 60% of the available wall space that isn’t covered by furniture or moldings.
2. Still Confused? Bigger is always better. A smaller wall art can’t fill up a big space, on the other hand a bigger wall art will create a beautiful focal point.
3. Lastly don’t forget to level up your wall art. As a general rule of thumb for the most aesthetically pleasing decor, you should aim to have the center of the wall art at eye-level, which is 60 inches high from the floor.

From the time you place the order, we take up to 2-3 weeks to make your one of a kind handcrafted Lakdu wall art before we ship it. It then takes around 1-2 weeks to get it to your doorstep, depending on your shipping country. 

One of the inspirations of Lakdu was to ship you a 8 feet x 4 feet wall art in a 2 feet x 2 feet x 1 feet box. With the rise in shipping rates globally we just brought down the shipping rates to 1/8 the original rates due to the reduced size. You are welcome!
Not to mention we also save on the carbon foot print. Considering this and the fact that we are a budding startup we hope you will not mind paying the already reduced shipping fee for an order. But as a token of appreciation we do offer free shipping worldwide for the orders above $300 USD.

Yes, if any customs duty / tarrif / VAT is applicable and charged by the authorities of the destination / shipping country, it will be borne by the customer.
